- What You'll Be Doing on a Day-to-Day Basis:
- Represent a wide variety of non-profit brands associated with our client.
- Telephone engagement with members of the public across residential communities throughout Birmingham.
- Handle customer calls daily and provide useful feedback.
- Maintain a confident and professional manner. They welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those with experience in sales, marketing, field sales, event assistant, retail, call centre, bartender, hospitality, marketing assistant, warehouse, shop assistant, care assistant, customer service advisor, and any other customer relations or sales role.
