You'll need to think fast and be creative with merchandising to maximise revenue for this,

• Coach and support a team of paid employees and volunteers
• Create compelling merchandising displays that adapt to changing stock
• Work closely with Store and Deputy Store Managers
• Monitor KPIs and maximise retail sales and profit
  
  You must be able to deliver operational excellence and put the customer at the centre of everything. Previous retail experience is
required, along with the ability to work effectively with both management and store teams. You'll need creative skills and imagination to merchandise products to a high standard, while living and breathing KPIs to drive performance. Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checking may be necessary for this role.
