Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant based in Coventry you'll be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
• General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders which will involve manual handling of heavy items.
  
  To be approachable and to support our customers when needed.
• To be a quick learner and to help out in a busy branch.
• Experience in plumbing and heating would be favourable.
