Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Derby.
We are looking for new staff to join us over a busy school holiday period and into Back to School! Confidence speaking to children and a can-do attitude to help us with kids fits to get everyone ready for the new term.
Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
About what you'll be doing -
Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
Stock management and shop floor merchandising
Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
