As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience. Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on the product that is the perfect match.
- Turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach personal goals and the store's goals.
- Ensure a 'best in class' customer experience by following store operational and safety procedures.
- Keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
