What you'll do as a Sales Advisor Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all enquiries are handled correctly and promptlyConduct engaging tours of the facility with the aim of converting enquiries into membershipsAchieve sales and retention targets through proactive sales activity and relationship buildingSupport member retention and annual renewals in partnership with the fitness teamCollaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, events and community outreach initiativesMaintain accurate membership records and identify opportunities that support growth and income generation Does this sound like you? Vetting and checks: A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be completed so we can ensure you have the necessary support to perform your duties.
