We're looking for a Membership Advisor to join our team and play a key role in driving growth, building relationships and delivering a positive experience for every customer. What you'll do as a Sales Advisor You'll take ownership of the end-to-end sales journey, helping to grow membership while delivering excellent customer care. You'll be both proactive and people-focused, ensuring every interaction creates trust and adds value. Drive membership sales by achieving monthly targets and supporting retention activitiesWelcome customers, handle enquiries and ensure every interaction is timely and professionalDeliver engaging tours of the facility and convert visits into membershipsBuild relationships with local businesses and identify new opportunities for growthSupport and deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teamsPlan and attend outreach events to generate leads and raise local awarenessMaintain accurate records and manage the membership database in line with proceduresWork closely with gym colleagues to support renewals and ongoing member engagementContribute ideas on industry trends and opportunities to help shape future growth
