Responsibilities: Working within our Kids Around Outlet store in Bicester Village you will be working as part of a team to deliver premium customer service with a personal touch, within a premium, designer fashion label setting. Details of the role:

  • Full Time Sales Advisor
  • 37.5hrs per week
  • 5 days over 7 including weekends
    • A history of proven experience with high end customer service preferred. The successful individual will be supporting the running of our store based in Bicester Village Outlet. Responsibilities include:
  • Support of store management on a day to day basis
  • Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service
  • Driving sales to target
  • Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI's
  • Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions
  • Managing stockloss and completing inventories
  • Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping
  • Receipt of deliveries

    All suitable candidates must be confident working within a small team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently.
