Full Job Description

As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable experiences for every customer by delivering outstanding service, expert product knowledge and authentic storytelling around the C.P. Company brand.
Become part of a global brand recognised for innovation and craftsmanship and help launch our newest store in one of the world's leading luxury shopping destinations.
Responsibilities
· Welcome and engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
· Deliver an exceptional and personalised shopping experience.
· Build lasting client relationships and encourage customer loyalty.
· Achieve individual and store sales targets.
· Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections.
· Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
· Assist with stock replenishment and inventory tasks.
· Work collaboratively to achieve shared business goals.

· Previous retail experience, preferably within fashion or premium brands.
· Passion for customer service and contemporary menswear.
· Strong communication skills.
· Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
· Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
· Fluency in English.
