Full Job Description

As a Sales Advisor, you'll help people take the first step towards a healthier and more active future. Through great customer service, community engagement and proactive sales activity, you'll play an important role in growing membership, supporting retention and creating a positive impact on communities. Your work has purpose, helping more people access the facilities, support and opportunities they need to live healthier, happier lives.,

  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all enquiries are handled correctly and promptly
  • Conduct engaging tours of the facility with the aim of converting enquiries into memberships
  • Achieve sales and retention targets through proactive sales activity and relationship building
  • Support member retention and annual renewals in partnership with the fitness team
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, events and community outreach initiatives
  • Maintain accurate membership records and identify opportunities that support growth and income generation

    Experience in a sales, membership, retail or customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of people
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work towards targets and key performance indicators
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • A genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals

  • Vetting and checks: A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
