As we continue to build on the success of our Sales team at Hendy Portsmouth, we have a new opportunity for a talented professional to join our brands Ford & Chery as a New Car Sales Advisor. We are searching for ambitious, customer-focused individuals who want to be part of something truly exceptional. We will provide you with all the tools, support and training needed to thrive. What matters most is your passion for delivering a world-class customer experience and your drive to succeed in a luxury environment. This role includes a rota shift pattern and will include both week days (Mon-Fri) and Weekend (Sat-Sun) working hours. You'll be working from 8.30 am to 17.30 pm with some early finishes and late starts. The Opportunity In this exciting and customer-centric role, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending the perfect Ford & Chery products and premium services.
  • Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve both sales and profit targets.
  • Upsell accessories and additional aftersales services to enhance customer experience.
  • Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, online and face-to-face interactions to generate sales and encourage repeat business.
  • Create customer appointments, arrange test drives and deliver exceptional handover experiences.
  • Support Sales Administrators by accurately processing all documentation including vehicle orders and finance agreements.

  • A full UK driving licence, This opportunity is a great match for any established automotive sales executives looking to grow their career with one of the most prestigious brands in the industry, as well as those with a background in hospitality, retail, and customer care. Although previous experience in prospecting/lead generation, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, or the automotive industry are desirable, it is in no way essential as we will give you full training in all these areas.

    Starting salary: £25,500 + commission
