Full Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the development and growth of a select list of customer accounts
You will positively and effectively promote the business and the products/services we provide, while working alongside collaboratively with other departments
You will need to be able to manage multiple developing client accounts to provide a solid relationship whilst promoting a professional image consistent with First Fence's core values.
As you'd expect with a demanding Sales roles you are required to be flexible, driven, and use your own initiative., Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, provide support, and resolve issues promptly.
Sales Management: Execute sales strategies, increase revenue through upselling/cross-selling, and achieve sales targets.
Account Planning: Develop account plans, forecast sales, analyse market trends, and identify opportunities.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Client Education: Educate clients, provide resources, and maximise the use of offerings.
Reporting and Analytics: Track KPIs, use data for insights, and drive improvement.
Customer Retention: Implement loyalty programs, monitor satisfaction, and retain clients.
Problem-Solving: Proactively address issues, manage critical situations, and ensure customer service excellence.
