The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for performing some project management and administrative duties, and most importantly, handling new sales leads.,

• Actively seek out and obtain new accounts through research of the market to identify target customers
• Perform project management administrative duties as needed
• Prioritise and follow up with sales leads independently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed correctly
• Make sure all projects are streamlined and communicated effectively
• Use effective questioning techniques to establish customer needs and sell / upsell based on their requirements
• Embrace a culture of sales excellence, including following established sales processes, managing pipelines, forecasting accurately, and focusing on core KPIs
• Stay informed about competitive products, market trends, and new technologies
• Maintain close client relationships after onboarding through the sales process
• Ensure customers receive service that is second to none
• Upsell products after the initial sale to encourage repeat business
• Work to targets to maximise revenue with each account
