Background - A rare opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a supportive, sociable and forward-thinking practice in the friendly town of Hailsham, easily commutable from Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne and Brighton.Location - Hailsham.Surgery OverviewStrong team ethos.Early adoption of innovative software tools.Culture that values enjoyment at work.Daily coffee included.Clinicians feel supported and heard.EMIS practice with a track record of embracing innovation.7,000 list size.CQC rated "Good" across the board.Excellent facilities.Low home-visit demand.Support from a Clinical Pharmacist.Medical student & FY2 teaching practice.Strong training ethos and opportunities to develop specialist interests.Active member of the local Hailsham Primary Care Network.Role Details6 clinical sessions per week (Tuesday / Thursday / Friday).15-minute face-to-face appointments.No out of hours.Routine and duty mix.Option to progress to partnership.Route to partnership.Compensation and BenefitsSalary -
£12,000 per session (flexible for the right candidate).NHS pension and indemnity.6 weeks' leave.Benefit holiday (BH).BMA Model contract.QualificationsMinimum 2 years' experience as a GP.Qualified as a General Practitioner.Registered with the GMC and UK Performers List.
