The practice has invested heavily in reducing GP workload through excellent MDT support, automation and a total triage model. Home visits are largely handled by Paramedics, paperflow is reduced via GP Assistants, and appointment numbers remain very manageable. Workload & Structure
• 6 sessions per week available
• 11 'new' patients per session plus 3 protected continuity slots per session
• 15-minute appointments
• Strong emphasis on list-holding and continuity of care
• Total triage model with two GPs triaging together to share the load
• Majority of home visits undertaken by Paramedics
• GP Assistants helping significantly reduce admin burden
• Flexible start and finish times available where needed
