A supportive GP practice in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Salaried GP to join its friendly clinical team. Why This Practice? The team takes pride in rarely using locums, ensuring patients consistently see familiar clinicians and GPs can build meaningful long-term relationships with their patient population. One of the standout features is that the practice very rarely becomes fully booked, helping to create a calm, rewarding, and less pressured clinical day. Workload & Sessions

• 15 appointments per session (morning and afternoon)
• Flexible session times available
• Structured admin time with flexibility over how it is managed
• Shared Docman responsibilities
• One duty day per week with a reduced appointment load
• Home visits only undertaken by the duty doctor
• No home visits on non-duty days
Salary & Benefits
• £10,500£11,500 per session, dependent on experience
• MDU fees paid
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week CPD/study leave
• NHS Pension
• Full BMA-aligned sickness, maternity and paternity
