Job summaryAn exciting opportunity
has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our well established and
respected medical practice for 6 to 8 sessions per week, with a
possible view to partnership for the right candidate.Parkwood
Surgery is a Teaching and Training Practice. Our new stunning purpose-built
extension and completely refurbished building, provides spacious clinical and
admin areas.The
successful candidate will be supported by an
excellent team of administrative and clinical staff which includes, GPs, Nursing Team, Paramedic, Physician's Associate, Mental Health Nurse, Health and Wellbeing,
and Midwife.We invite applications

who work well in teams to provide holistic care for patients.A competitive salary
will be offered (based on experience) plus the usual NHS GP practice benefits.Main duties of the job-
Clinical
consultations to provide medical care to our registered patients. Consultation
types include telephone, video and face-to-face (where appropriate), with very
occasional home visits.-
A
mixture of daily clinical administrative work and dedicated triage clinics.-
On
call Duty.-
Areas
of clinical specialist interest are encouraged.- Provide
medical services for the practice population to a high standard, and appropriate administration to
ensure accurate records, patient continuity and quality of care.- Comply
with the requirements of the practices General Medical Services (GMS) contract, Primary Care Network Enhanced Services contracts, National and Local Enhanced
Services, educational/training delivery contracts and private contracts.- Adhere
