Full Job Description
You will be joining an experienced and friendly clinical team comprising four GP Partners, three Salaried GPs, an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) and a Paramedic. We work closely together and value a collaborative approach to patient care. As a training practice, we also enjoy supporting learning and development across the whole team. Excellent multidisciplinary support Our involvement with the Deal and Sandwich PCN means our clinical team is supported by a range of additional professionals, including an Early Help Care Home Team, Social Prescribers, Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists and Adult and Child Mental Health Practitioners. This wider multidisciplinary approach provides valuable support to our GPs and patients, helping us to provide holistic care and ensuring patients can access the right services and expertise. Balmoral Surgery in Deal, Kent is looking for a Salaried GP to join us for 6 sessions per week. We welcome applications from both experienced GPs and newly qualified GPs.
