Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, compassionate GP to join our practice to support with expanding patient numbers and retirement, who is looking for a 5-6 session position (to include Monday, Tuesday and Friday), The post holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of a wide range of conditions. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contribute to clinical decision-making, and support continuity of care for patients. The role includes participation in practice meetings, service development, and quality improvement, as well as maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to professional and regulatory standards.,

  • 5 Practice Nurses
  • 1 Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
  • ARRS roles including Clinical Pharmacist and Mental Health Practitioner
  • Dedicated Frailty Team and Community Matron
