Tamworth House Medical Centre is looking for a Salaried GP to work 6 sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. We are a friendly, welcoming and innovative GP Practice in South West London delivering care to over 9,600 patients, achieving high QOF performance and maintaining a Good CQC rated service. There is support for newly qualified GPs. We offer NHS Pension, Paid indemnity cover and six weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave (pro rata). We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and forward-thinking Salaried GP who enjoys general practice., As a salaried GP, you will support the four GP partners to manage a busy, interesting clinical caseload ensuring the highest standard of care for all registered and temporary patients. The post-holder will have the opportunity to lead on a key disease area and assist in developing services for our patient list. The post holder will carry out all the duties reasonably expected of an NHS general practitioner using the standards expected by the GMC and RCGP in line with appropriate national and/or local guidelines., The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.     Tamworth House medical Centre is a general practice in East Merton providing NHS primary care services to over 9,600 patients. We have a well-established team of 4 GP Partners, 2 salaried GPs, 1 Clinical Nurse Specialist, 1 Practice nurse and a HCA. We are a training practice with medical students, nursing students, GP registrars and foundation Year 2 Doctors. Tamworth House medical centre is an active member of the East Merton Primary Care Network (EMPCN) and is involved in new projects to change the delivery of Primary Care. We have recruited prescribing pharmacists, paramedics, physician associates, Care Coordinator, and Health and Wellbeing Coach to expand the care we provide to our patients. As a practice we believe in delivering the highest standards for our patients and place a particular emphasis on disease prevention, patient education, personalized and proactive care.
