Professional conduct that encourages quality practice and the development of team spirit.

• Sessions including F2F and telephone appts
• Patient triage
• Admin filing of bloods/letters - Timely assessment of incoming electronic and paper correspondence relating to patient information as required. Using the appropriate electronic systems.
• Supportive and collaborative team-working and participation in regular meetings.
• Home visits.
• Adhere to the practice prescribing formulary, local and national guidelines.
• Make professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the organisation.
• Record clear and contemporaneous I.T. based notes to agreed standards in patient records., We are looking for a Salaried GP to become a key member of the Practice team., 2. • Elm Tree Surgery is a popular, high performing training practice with a growing patient list size of 18.5 k situated in Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees.
You will be joining a team of 5 GP partners, 6 Salaried GPs, ACPs, Paramedics, a Clinical Pharmacist and a team of Practice Nurses and HCAs, who are supported by Management and the Admin/Reception Team.
