Salaried GP

All Saints Surgery is a friendly, single site practice in Burton On Trent, caring for around 10,000 patients as part of East Staffordshire Primary Care. We are looking for an enthusiastic salaried GP to join our team and help us strengthen capacity for patients, with a particular focus on supporting timely same-day urgent care alongside good continuity for those who need it most., Provide consultations to patients attending the surgery, by telephone, online and on home visits as clinically appropriate.

Take a share of duty doctor and same-day urgent access sessions, triaging and managing acute presentations safely.

Assess, diagnose and treat patients across the full range of general practice, making appropriate referrals to secondary care and other services.

Prescribe safely and cost effectively in line with practice and ICB formulary guidance, and contribute to medicines optimisation and repeat prescribing.

Review and action investigation results, clinical correspondence and documents in a timely way.

Contribute to the ongoing management of patients with long term conditions and to delivery of the Quality and Outcomes Framework and local and enhanced services.

Maintain accurate, contemporaneous and coded records using EMIS Web

Recognise and act on safeguarding concerns for children and adults at risk in line with practice policy and statutory duties.
