Salaried GP

We are looking for a Salaried GP to join our large, friendly teaching practice at Lintonville for up to 10 sessions per week. This is an exciting time to join us, as we have plans to move into a new, modern purpose-built building just a short distance from our current site. Our GPs are supported by a wide multidisciplinary team, including experienced practice nurses, clinical pharmacists, mental health practitioners, orthopaedic practitioners, a paediatric nurse practitioner, and many more. This strong team approach enables us to provide high-quality, well-rounded care for our patients. We place great value on collaboration and team wellbeing. We meet informally each day for coffee, hold weekly clinical meetings, and have regular practice meetings to ensure good communication and shared learning. As a teaching practice, we actively encourage involvement in education and are keen to support the development of any special interests. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, approachable, and supportive team, working together to foster an open, transparent, and positive working culture., As a GP Practice which is part of Northumbria Primary Care Ltd (NPC), we work with flexibility and independence to run the surgery based on what is best for our patients and staff, and additionally we have the regular and consistent support of the management team to help us to focus on what is clinically important. As a Salaried GP the post holder will be a key clinician within the team. A job plan will be agreed with you to provide general medical services and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting., As an NPC GP we can offer some great benefits some of which are:
