Salaried GP

The Adam Practice is seeking at least two salaried GPs for permanent posts to fill around 12 sessions in total., We have extensive involvement in training and education including overseas and elective students and supporting the development of our own staff. We welcome applications from candidates who might bring any further new opportunities our way.

The Practice location combines easy access to the wonderful Dorset countryside, whilst being very close to the edge of Poole town and is in a highly desirable area to live and work in.

The Practice is managed by a capable and efficient centralised Management Team, and we are key members of the Poole Central Primary Care Network with various staff and clinicians directly involved in or leading on PCN work., We are a CQC Outstanding-rated Practice with 40,000 patients and 17 current Partners working across 5 sites. We successfully combine efficiencies of scale with localised continuity and high quality care on individual surgery sites, whilst using a total triage appointment system to ensure acute patients are seen in a timely manner. We have the benefit of nearly 40 years of experience as a large multi-site Practice, providing a secure and stable environment to work in.
