Full Job Description
The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients across the practice., This will include, but is not limited to, surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, administration, complying with the practices contracts (GMS/PMS/enhanced services/DES).
Please note that this role will be a part time role working between 4-6 sessions a week.
You will be employed on behalf of the PCN by Our Health Partnership (OHP).
OHP was set up by local GPs who are passionate about providing high quality primary care and using their time and skills effectively to benefit patients..
We are currently a GP partnership of 29 practices with 38 surgeries, serving around 280,000 patients in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Shropshire.
Our head office is based in Cotteridge, but this role will be based at Selly Oak Health Centre.
