Salaried General Practitioner

The main duties of a Salaried GP include providing safe, high-quality, patient-centred primary care through face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations. The role involves diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing appropriately, making referrals, and undertaking follow-up care. Additional responsibilities include reviewing test results and correspondence, contributing to clinical meetings, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, and supporting quality improvement, safeguarding, and QOF requirements in line with practice and NHS guidelines.

The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, managing a varied clinical workload, and working collaboratively with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Youll have protected admin time, flexible sessions, and opportunities to develop special interests alongside routine GP responsibilities.
