Full Job Description

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Salad Chef, or in a similar kitchen role is preferred
A genuine passion for food and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills with full training provided
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills with managers, kitchen, and front-of-house staff
Flexibility to work full-time hours and varied shifts
Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift when required
Food Safety Level 1 and Health & Safety Level 1 certificates are an advantage (training can be provided as well)

Clear career progression to Sous Chef and Head Chef roles
