Must Have Skills:Experience in Implementation and Support of Sailpoint IdentityNowExperience in development of workflows, forms and other components.Experience in adapter development and resource configuration is a plus.Extensive Experience with application integrationGood exposure to REST APIsExperience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) or developing J2EE products.Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions.Experience on implementation of Compliance & Life Cycle ManagementShould have a good idea of issues that come up in identity management implementations and the solution approaches to address themShould have good knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XMLStrong Java debugging skillsExcellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.Excellent oral & written
communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.Customer Facing Exposure is must
