health and safety environment, Experience using Synergi Life or a similar safety management database.Strong data analysis, reporting and performance monitoring capability.Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support colleagues at all levels.Qualifications for the Safety Performance and Learning AdvisorIOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent experience.Advanced Excel skills.Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
