Safety Champions x2

Caterpillar are looking to hire passionate Safety Champions across multiple areas of the business to lead the charge in creating a proactive, positive safety culture across our operations. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver impactful training, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards. What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver safety training for Team Leaders and Managers
• Lead daily safety walks and monthly safety meetings
• Coach individuals and teams on best practices
• Support incident investigations and risk assessments
• Collaborate on safety communications and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion safety culture and lead by example, Flexible working arrangements will be considered for this role, in-line with the needs of the business
  
  Strong knowledge of HSE practices
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Self-motivation and ability to manage your own workload
• A team-focused mindset and flexibility
• Passion for safety and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
• Holding a relevant safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage
• Able to work multi-shifts, We're looking for someone eager to grow-if you don't yet hold a safety qualification, you should be willing and able to work towards one (e.g. NEBOSH or BSC Level 3).
