Full Job Description
This role is part of our Safeguarding Team working alongside other Safeguarding team colleagues to offer high-quality student support, ensuring compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education. The Safeguarding Wellbeing Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing students' wellbeing, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment, and enabling students to achieve their educational goals.
To ensure effective utilisation of MyConcern, quality control and continuous improvement of safeguarding reporting in all aspects of this post and in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education and the College's Safeguarding and Prevent policy.
Develop effective relationships externally with professionals and stakeholders and deliver appropriate staff training, student workshops where appropriate.
