Full Job Description
The post holder will provide comprehensive support and facilitation to the Safeguarding Team and the wider trust on all aspects of safeguarding. This will include provide comprehensive and confidential administrative and clerical activities to meet the needs of the service in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures.,
- Support safeguarding activity through the collection, collation and presentation of data from a variety of source
- Support the provision of assurances that actions from internal and external audits are progressing to inform the Trust committees.
- Work effectively with colleagues, internally and externally to the organisation, to ensure the dissemination of information which is of a highly sensitive and restrictive nature, pertaining to vulnerable adults, children, young people and their families.
- Participate in safeguarding audits under the supervision of the Named Nurse for Safeguarding as per audit plan and monitor progress with subsequent action plans.
- Maintain high data quality standards by ensuring that the data entered onto Trust systems is accurate, complete and up to date.
