You will lead on safeguarding and child protection, ensuring robust systems, swift responses, and a culture of vigilance across the academy. Working closely with senior leaders, external agencies, and our wider Oasis community, you will champion best practice, provide expert guidance to staff, and ensure that the wellbeing of our young people is at the heart of every decision.
