Are you an experienced, child-centered practitioner who is inspired by the opportunity to lead and shape inclusion across our school community? This non-teaching role sits at the heart of our work on safeguarding, inclusion and belonging. We are building a vibrant, purposeful and aspirational school community in the heart of Wapping, close to Tower Bridge and the City of London. We are seeking a dynamic and committed Safeguarding, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager who will coordinate and strengthen the care, support and guidance we provide for our pupils and their families, and who will be a powerful advocate for children in all that they do. We are looking for a practitioner who understands the complexities many children and young people face, and who can provide confident, empathetic and strategic leadership around inclusion and wellbeing. Whether your background is in local authority services, early help, family support, education-based pastoral care, youth work, or a related field, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, ensuring every child in our school is safe, supported and able to thrive. Our Trust The Mulberry Schools Trust was formed in 2017, when the Board of trustees and the Chief Executive Officer created a family of schools that has at its heart inclusion, equality of opportunity and a striving for educational excellence.
