Safeguarding Development and Operations Officer

Are you creative, digitally confident and passionate about making a real difference through safeguarding? We're looking for a Safeguarding Development and Operations Officer to join our Group Safeguarding Team in an exciting and varied role where no two days will look quite the same. This is a varied role combining safeguarding learning and development, digital content, communications, data and quality improvement. You will help us make safeguarding engaging, accessible and responsive, supporting staff and students across Luminate Education Group. What You Will Do

• Deliver engaging safeguarding training, briefings and workshops, including sensitive and complex topics.
• Design, develop and evaluate safeguarding learning, e-learning, digital resources and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor training compliance, analyse data and feedback, and use insights to inform learning and safeguarding priorities.
• Support safeguarding quality assurance, audits, action plans, reporting and projects across curriculum teams and external partners.
• Contribute to Higher Education safeguarding activity and use digital and approved AI tools to improve accessibility, efficiency and creativity while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
  
  Confident delivering training, workshops and presentations, with the ability to adapt your approach for sensitive or complex topics.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities and detailed information accurately.
• Confident using digital systems and technology, with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Curious, adaptable and creative, with a strong interest in finding engaging ways to communicate information.
• Collaborative, professional and committed to creating safe, inclusive environments for children, young people and adults.
• English and Maths at Level 2
