Are you passionate about safeguarding adults and making a real difference to the lives of people at risk of harm?

If so, the Ann Craft Trust would love to hear from you.

The Ann Craft Trust is a national charity based at the University of Nottingham, we are dedicated to safeguarding adults from abuse. We work with organisations, professionals and communities to promote safer cultures, strengthen safeguarding practice, and help prevent abuse and neglect.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Safeguarding Adults Development Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to influence and improve safeguarding practice across a range of organisations and sectors. You will provide expert safeguarding advice, guidance and support, deliver engaging training, undertake safeguarding audits and assurance reviews, and work collaboratively with partners to strengthen safeguarding arrangements and drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting organisations to develop effective safeguarding cultures, policies and practices.

This post is offered on a part-time basis (18 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract for one year.

The role is home-based, with travel required to the Ann Craft Trust offices in Nottingham and other locations to support training delivery, audits, reviews and partnership work. This may include occasional overnight stays and evening work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected national safeguarding charity and contribute to improving safeguarding practice and outcomes for adults at risk across a diverse range of settings.
