Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the evening operation within the Ryder Grill, ensuring exceptional standards of food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
As Ryder Grill PM Manager, your duties will include:
Leading and inspiring the evening restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest service
Managing the smooth day-to-day operation of the Ryder Grill during dinner service
Ensuring all food and beverage standards are consistently met or exceeded
Coaching, developing and supporting team members to maximise performance and engagement
Managing team rotas, labour costs and staffing levels in line with business needs
Handling guest feedback professionally and ensuring service recovery where required
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Driving sales through menu knowledge, upselling and promotion of resort offerings
Monitoring hygiene, health and safety and compliance standards across the outlet
Supporting the wider Food & Beverage management team and contributing to departmental objectives
Leading by example, creating a positive culture and maintaining high levels of team morale
Our ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a restaurant or food and beverage management role within a quality hospitality environment
Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
Be highly organised and able to perform under pressure during busy service periods
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be commercially aware, with an understanding of labour control, sales and profitability
Be confident managing guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
Have a hands-on approach and lead from the front during service
Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and peak business periods
Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to The Belfry Beliefs

The base annual rate for this role is 35,000.00 per annum, plus service charge.
