Are you an experienced people manager with a passion for strengthening communities and the voluntary sector? As RVA's Community Development Team Lead, you'll lead and support a talented team delivering vital community development and infrastructure services across Rother's diverse urban and rural communities, turning priorities into practical action and making a real difference.
