Runner - London

We're looking for a Runner to join the team at one of our Cubitt House Pubs. As a Runner, you'll be the vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring that dishes reach guests quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. You'll support both the serving and kitchen teams, helping create a smooth, seamless dining experience that reflects Cubitt House's high standards., Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the dining area. Assist the serving team to ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas. Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams as required during service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in the pub.

Previous experience in a hospitality or fast-paced environment is preferred but not essential. Energetic, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude. Ability to move quickly and safely around a busy restaurant environment. Full eligibility to work in the UK.
