What would you do with this pub to make it even more of a success?
The area
The New Inn is in the village of East Bierley, which is in the Bradford area. The pub is quite rural, and local businesses are the golf and cricket club.
Demographics
The pub benefits from being one of 3 pubs found in an area of around 1,357 adults. The New Inn customer base is made up of mature adults.
The offer
Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. The potential of this pub lies in maintaining a wet-led offer. What drinks would you look to implement in the pub?
The site currently has the ability to drive trade via live entertainment, and selection of pub games, such as pool, and darts. It offers a selection of coffees, cask ales and popular beers, ciders, wines and spirits. We're always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade?
If you've benefited from running or owning a pub business, we'd love to hear what experience you can bring. The right operator for the pub will have extensive experience in a community led hospitality business. They will have a clear vision for their drinks menu, marketing strategy and entertainment offer and can create a memorable experience for their customers. If this sounds like the incredible pub opportunity you've been waiting for, apply today and tell us what you can bring to this pub's next chapter…
