Run a Star Pub - Farmers Arms Scorton

About the area The Farmer's Arms is located in Scorton, an attractive and growing village centred around a large green. The area benefits from passing cyclists and tourist traffic, particularly during the summer months. There are 829 adults within a 10-minute walk and only one main competing pub, which is positioned as a destination food venue. This makes the Farmer's Arms one of only a handful of hospitality choices locally and gives it a clear role as Scorton's welcoming village pub. Following a period of closure, the refurbishment will reconnect the pub with local residents while increasing destination visits from cyclists, tourists and visitors to the area. The offer Farmer's Arms is available on our investment tenancy agreement. Click here for more information on this agreement. Please refer to the 'Refurbishment Details' section for details of the investment being made. Who we're looking for If you've benefited from running or owning a pub business, we'd love to hear what
