The Black Swan is located in the village of Coningsby, close to the famous RAF base and Tattershall Castle and Lakes. The pub is surrounded by residential housing with a few commercial premises nearby.
Demographics: The pub benefits from being one of five pubs found in an area of around 1,844 adults. The middle incomed customer base is made up of a mix of young families and the retired.
The offer: Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. The potential of this pub lies in maintaining the strong wet trade and developing a food offer and making the most of the extensive beer garden.
What food & drinks would you look to implement in the pub? The site currently has the ability to drive trade via live sports, selection of pub games, such as pool, and darts and pub games machines.
