Job Details
A £185,000 investment is planned to transform the Black Swan. What would you do with this pub to make it a success?
The area
The pub benefits from being the only pub in an area of around 2,500 adults. The affluent customer base is made up of young, midlife and mature adults.
The offer
The Black Swan is available on our investment tenancy agreement. We are investing in a major revamp of The Black Swan in Burn Bridge, enhancing its Victorian charm inside and boosting curb appeal outside. With 100 indoor covers and 82 in a sunny garden, it's perfectly placed to serve both locals and visitors.
As the only pub in an affluent, fast-growing village near Harrogate, with no nearby rivals, this is a rare opportunity.
We're seeking an experienced operator to lead a strong food-focused business on a standout, fully upgraded site. Ready to run a pub set up for success? Let's talk. We're always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade?
If you've benefited from running or owning a pub business, we'd love to hear what experience you can bring. The right operator for the Black Swan will have extensive experience in destination food outlet hospitality businesses. They will have a clear vision for their food & drinks menu, and can create a memorable experience for their customers. If this sounds like the incredible pub opportunity you've been waiting for, apply today and tell us what you can bring to this pub's next chapter…
