Overview

Become an expert in leadership. From port operations to bomb disposals, the work our Royal Logistics Corps Officers do is integral to every operation. Commanding a team of up to 80 soldiers, you'll become an expert in leadership and management, and gain valuable qualifications along the way, such as a Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict and Leadership studies or a BSc (Hons) in Logistics Management. You'll be prepared for everything, from tactical and strategic operations to humanitarian relief operations and military deployments. Start the adventure of a lifetime.

Training and Salary

During your training at Sandhurst, you'll be an Officer Cadet, earning £35,925 a year. As you progress through our ranks, this will rise to £54,716 for a Captain, and £68,624 when you become a Major.

No prior experience is needed; through world-class training at the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst, you'll develop transferable leadership skills and qualifications to motivate and support your team. Outside the Academy, you'll continue to learn and grow through adventurous training and international travel. Being an Officer is a global adventure, whether leading expeditions, running operations abroad, or delivering humanitarian aid to communities in need.
