As the Assistant Unit Manager, you will be the key to supporting the Unit Manager in the daily operations of a thriving WHSmith unit. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
• Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
• Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
• Stepping up to manage the unit in the absence of the Unit Manager.
• Supporting our gaming area
  
  Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume catering or retail environment.
• A passion for great displays and outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
