Full Job Description
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Rowing Assistants to join our successful and well-established Holiday Course Rowing programme on a fixed-term, part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in rowing and a genuine interest in working with young people. It's particularly well suited to those considering a future career in teaching, coaching, or sports development.
As part of the role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience coaching students (Years 7-9) and supporting the day-to-day running of the school's rowing courses. You will work under the guidance of the Rowing Course Leader and alongside a dynamic and experienced team in a supportive and high-performing environment.
