Full Job Description

Older Adult Consultant in the Rotherham South Community Mental Health Team.

The successful applicant will be one of two consultants providing day to day medical support to the South Community Team in Rotherham. The base for this team is Swallownest Court in Rotherham with easy access to the M1 motorway. There is a Trust wide community review taking place from this year which will change the community teams' function and bases to align with Neighbourhood working., This is a 0.6 WTE community post; the post-holder will have responsibility for the Rotherham Older Adults South Community Mental Health Team and it is expected that clinical contact (DCC) will comprise 75% of the working week with the other 25% dedicated to administration, CPD, service development and teaching dependent on the special interests of the successful candidate (SPA).
