Full Job Description

Potential areas to be covered are Outpatient Reception, Call Centre, Medical Records and Clinic Preparation. You will develop various skills across all areas within the patient access team as a Rotational Admin Clerk.You must have:
- A good general education
- Good computer skills and the ability to competently navigate our various computer systems
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility in your approach to work, with a willingness to work in any reception area within the Outpatient setting. You may also be required to cover reception at other Sherwood Forest Hospitals sites.
- The ability to work any day of the work week and between the hours of 8.00 am and 8.00 pm to meet the needs of our patient access services. (Rotas will be provided in advance).
