Full Job Description
At Right at Home Solent, we don't just schedule care we make it happen. We are looking for a confident, organised, and people-driven Rota & Onboarding Coordinator to join our Fareham office and play a vital role in keeping our care service running smoothly.,
- Build and manage staff rotas to ensure reliable, high-quality care delivery
- Coordinate CareGivers, clients, and families with clear, confident communication
- Fill shifts quickly and effectively, including last-minute changes and emergencies
- Motivate and influence CareGivers to ensure shifts are covered and standards are met
- Support onboarding of new CareGivers and ensure a smooth, welcoming induction process
- Keep accurate scheduling records using care management systems
- Work closely with the office team to maintain excellent service delivery
- Participate in the on-call rota to support out-of-hours emergencies when required
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll be the link between our CareGivers, clients, and office team. - Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Experienced in scheduling, rota planning, logistics, or coordination (desirable)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - Flexibility to support the on-call rota when required
