The ambition of the England Netball Performance Pathway is to develop athletes capable of thriving on the international stage and to create a sustainable pipeline of world-class talent for the Vitality Roses. The NXT Roses and Roses Academy programmes play a pivotal role in this ambition by bridging the gap between domestic performance and senior international netball, preparing athletes for the demands of the Roses environment.

The purpose of the Roses Academy is to develop and prepare England's leading U18 athletes for age-group international.

The Roses Academy Technical Coach will work as part of the interdisciplinary team to support the technical and tactical development of athletes, while also developing their own coaching practice within the England Netball performance pathway. Through specialist positional coaching, collaborative planning, reflection and ongoing learning, the role provides an opportunity for coaches to build their expertise in a high-performance environment, contributing to both athlete progression and the long-term success of the England pathway.
